4. Preview your design in real time and add it to your cart.

If you have trouble during checkout (payment errors, preview not showing, etc.), contact us via chat. We’ll help troubleshoot or create a manual order for you.

Each product page will tell you exactly what to upload — a name, phrase, or photo. You’ll see input boxes for text or prompts for photo uploads. If you’re ever unsure, send us a quick message before ordering or after placing your order. You can send us a chat message or email!

If you upload the wrong type of file or forget to add text, don’t worry. If production hasn’t started yet, we’ll help correct it.

Some templates allow multiple names or faces, while others are for a single entry. Listings vary, and the product page will specify exactly what to upload. If you’re not sure, ask us in chat and we’ll confirm before you order.

If multiple uploads are submitted where only one is accepted, we’ll contact you. If we can’t reach you in time, we’ll use the first file provided.

We accept .JPG, .JPEG, and .PNG. For the best results, upload high-resolution images with good lighting. If your photo is too small, blurry, or dark, our team may contact you to request a new file before printing. If we don’t hear back within 24 hours, your order may be delayed until we have a usable image.

Our catalog covers a wide range of designs, but if you’d like something unique, contact us. We may be able to create a custom order or adapt an existing template. If your request requires extra design work, our team will provide pricing and timeline details before you commit.

No minimums. Every roll is custom printed on demand, so you can order one or as many as you like.

Please review your design carefully before checkout. Because all products are custom, we cannot refund for customer errors like typos or the wrong photo. If you realize a mistake right after ordering, message us immediately — if printing hasn’t started, we’ll fix it. If production has already begun, we may be able to offer a discounted reprint.

Currently, designs are created per order and not automatically saved. We recommend taking a screenshot or saving your personalization notes if you want to reorder later. We’re working on new features that will allow saved designs in the future.

Right now, we specialize in custom printed wrapping paper only. We don’t provide wrapping services, but our paper is designed to make your gifts look polished and professional at home.

Yes. Our designers design each and every one. Our team reviews orders for obvious issues (blurry photos, low resolution, typos in names). If we spot something, we’ll contact you before printing whenever possible.
