We primarily use USPS for delivery. Larger, bulk, or wholesale shipments may go through UPS or USPS Flat Rate depending on what gets you the best balance of cost and speed. Every roll is rolled (never folded) and shipped in a 24x2x2 durable tube. If your package arrives damaged:

• ✅ We’ll issue a free reprint or replacement right away

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately. We can update it before shipment. Once an order has shipped, we can’t change the destination, but we can help you with USPS forwarding options.

No — we do not include printed invoices inside shipments. You’ll receive your receipt by email, so the wrapping paper arrives ready for gift-giving without pricing inside the box.
